We offer safe and free shipping to all countries of the European Union.   

All our Christmas trees are shipped from Germany by GLS. After generating a tracking number, we will send you the track-trace to the email address you provided in your order. This will allow you to follow your package at: https://www.gls-pakete.de/sendungsverfolgung. 

If you live in Germany or Austria, the package should reach you within 2-3 business days after leaving our warehouse. For other countries, the delivery process may extend accordingly and take about 5-6 business days.   

Due to the fact that our warehouse is externally managed, we can't provide in-person pickup. However, remember that the delivery is free of charge!

If you don't receive your package within the timeframe given above, please contact us - we'll check the case and do our best to get it delivered as soon as possible.
