Why should I buy your Christmas tree in particular?

Our Christmas trees are created with passion and commitment in a small factory. We take care of every detail, performing many stages of the production process by hand. We have been also listening carefully to the customer feedback for years and not only implemented changes to the trees already existing, but also introduced brand new models to our offer. When you buy a FairyTree, you can not only enjoy a beautiful Christmas decoration for years, but also join the community that influences the way our trees look. We will let your voice be heard :)

What can I do with my old Christmas tree when I purchase yours?

We advise following the principle of "throwing away is the last resort" - if your old Christmas tree is still in usable condition, you can gift it to someone. Maybe there is a group of zero waste fans in your area? Or maybe you would like to give some hope and joy to children from orphanages, seniors from nursing homes or people who spend Christmas in the hospital? Sharing is caring!

What sizes are your Christmas trees available in?

We offer the following sizes of Christmas trees: 120 cm, 150 cm, 180 cm, 220 cm. The availability of each size may be different depending on the selected model.

What are the differences between the two materials you use for tree needles?

Each of the materials we use has different benefits. PVC needles are fluffy and do a great job of filling the space between the branches and making the Christmas tree dense. Injection-molded needles are a bit harder, but they are deceptively similar to natural needles. The use of both materials in one Christmas tree allows you to combine all these advantages in one product. 

Where do you produce your Christmas trees?

All of our Christmas trees are produced in our small factory in western Poland. If you would like to get a backstage look at our production, take a look here

Can the Christmas tree also stand outside, for example, on the terrace?

Our Christmas trees are designed for indoor use. Due to the materials used and the design of the Christmas trees, we do not recommend placing them on the terrace or in the garden. 

What should I pay attention to when choosing a Christmas tree?

There are two things to pay attention to: Your taste and the place where you want to put the Christmas tree. Each Christmas tree model differs in needle material, shape and size. One of our Christmas trees even has natural pinecones and pearl mass. It is all up to you, but if you are not sure which Christmas tree to go for, please feel free to contact us - we will be happy to help you choose. 

Which Christmas tree will be the best choice for a small room?

For small rooms we recommend our Christmas trees in 120 or 150 cm size and slim Christmas tree - Nordmann fir SLIM Premium. The slim Christmas tree is available in sizes: 150 cm, 180 cm and 220 cm. 

How long does it take to assemble your Christmas trees?

Depending on the size, it takes 30 to 60 minutes to assemble our Christmas trees. If you involve your loved ones, the time will pass by imperceptibly. 

How should I store my Christmas tree after Christmas?

After Christmas, you can pack the tree in the cardboard box in which you received it. After securing the box with tape, place the tree in a dry, heated room, such as a home garage or attic. You can also use a bag or sack you find at home.

Pricing and payments

What payment methods are available?

You can pay for your order in a lot of ways, including PayPal or by credit card. Some payment intermediary companies also offer the option of delayed payment or payment in installments. Information on all available payment methods can be found here.

I would like to order multiple Christmas trees. Can I count on a better price?

Determining whether we can offer you a better price depends on, among other things, which Christmas trees and in what quantity you want to order. Contact us (you can find contact instructions here) and we will be happy to look at your request.

Do you have an offer for business clients?

We do not have a separate price list for business customers. If you need more Christmas trees to equip your offices, restaurants or clinics, please contact us - we will be happy to review your message and see what we can offer you. 

Order placement and support

How can I contact you?

You can contact us in three ways - by phone, email and through the contact form. For more details, see the contact tab.

The Christmas tree I selected is currently unavailable. What can I do?

Our Christmas trees are quite popular and it can indeed happen that we run out of a particular variant. Our factory is small, but bravely works until Christmas time itself, so that as many customers as possible can order their dream FairyTrees Christmas tree. You can use the option "notify me when the Christmas tree will be available" - give us your email address and we will let you know when the tree of your choice will be available again. 

Can I take a look at the Christmas tree before I buy it?

Due to the fact that we only sell online, it is not possible to see the Christmas tree before purchase. Instead, we guarantee a free return if you don't like the Christmas tree, however. You can also take a look at the photos that other customers have shared on instagram - we are happy to share them. Take a look here.

Can I order some branch samples to make sure which Christmas tree to buy?

Unfortunately, we do not ship samples. We hope that the branches of the Christmas tree you ordered will meet your expectations, and if you decide that you are looking for something else, we will be happy to assist you in the return process. 

Can I place an order by phone or email?

Of course, our consultants will be happy to assist you in placing your order. Remember, however, that you can only pay such an order via PayPal or by traditional bank transfer. It would be best if you write to us with information about what kind of Christmas tree you want to order, what address we should send it to and what payment method you have chosen. You can also call us to give all the details to our consultant over the phone. 

Can I still cancel my order after I place it?

This depends on the status of your order at the time we receive your cancellation request. If it is possible, we will stop the shipment and refund your money. If it is too late for that, we will ask the delivery company to return the package to us. You can also refuse the package yourself - after it comes back to us, we will refund your money. 

Can I order some pieces if they get lost, for example, during a move?

Yes, for Christmas trees manufactured from 2021 to now, you can buy both the stand and the assembly kit. All you need to do is contact us and provide us with your order number, and we will send you all the details.

Shipping

Can I pick up the Christmas tree myself?

Unfortunately, we do not offer the option of personal pick-up. All Christmas trees are shipped via courier companies and delivered within 1-2 business days (within Germany). 

How much will I have to pay for shipping the Christmas tree?

You don't have to pay for shipping at all - when you buy directly at our store, we cover the delivery costs. This way you will keep more money for beautiful Christmas decorations!

I have not received my package. What can I do?

Most of our Christmas trees go to their new homes in no time and without complications. If this is not the case with your order, do not worry - we will be happy to help you! Contact us with your order number. We will take a close look at the history of the shipment, clarify the matter with the transport company, and we will offer you the best way out of the situation. 

What countries do you ship Christmas trees to?

We currently ship our products to Germany, Austria, France, Italy and Poland.

Will the courier contact me before delivery?

Unfortunately, we have no control over this. It is helpful to provide a phone number when placing your order, but we cannot guarantee that the courier will call you before delivery. 

Where will the package be delivered if the courier does not reach me at home?

If you do not meet the courier, the shipment will either go to one of the GLS ParcelShops, or GLS will contact us as the shipper. We will then ask you to provide another convenient delivery date or an alternative address.

Returns and complaints

Can I return the Christmas tree for free if I don't like it?

Yes, you have 30 days to return it in our store and you do not have to pay for it - just contact us and we will send you a free return label. For more information, see returns and complaints.

What can I do if a Christmas tree arrives damaged or not as ordered?

If you receive a Christmas tree in damaged packaging, different than you ordered, or notice any manufacturing defects, please contact us. It is important that you do not send the Christmas tree back at your expense. Follow the instructions in this tab - we will look at your case and will certainly find a satisfactory solution.
